Business overview:
Sumy Frunze is a diversified engineering company, one of the largest producers of oil & gas and chemical sector equipment in the CIS – production is focused on gas compressor stations, gas pumping units, drilling and pumping equipment for oil & gas production, and pumping equipment for nuclear power plants. Its product mix also includes equipment for gas turbine power stations, LNG filling stations, industrial-use pumps, and equipment for the production of chemical soda, spirits, and nitric acid. Sumy Frunze’s customer base is composed of Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh and Turkmen gas monopolies and oil producers (Gazprom, LUKoil, Surgutneftegaz, Turkmengaz and Naftogaz Ukrainy), as well as Russian and Ukrainian nuclear power and chemical plants. The company is controlled by Russian businessman Konstantin Grigorishin’s Energy Standard Group, which also includes major Ukrainian power engineering and power utility companies.
