Business overview:

With annual production capacity of roughly 8,700 units, Stakhaniv Wagon is one of Ukraine’s largest freight railcar producers. Output is focused on gondola railcars, hoppers for mineral fertilizers, and dump cars, while secondary production includes general metal hardware. Key target markets include Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States, and Kazakhstan. The company’s majority owner Konstantin Zhevago earlier announced plans to consolidate the rolling stock manufacturer into a machinery holding under the AvtoKrAZ umbrella, but the stage of consolidation is currently unclear.
