To open a BG Capital account, please fill out this application form (Account_Opening_Application_Form_for_Individuals.pdf, 300 kb)
and either
- 1. Send a completed hard copy to one of the following locations:
Georgia: 23 Chavchavadze Ave. Tbilisi 0179, Georgia.
Ukraine: 77-A Chervonoarmiyska St., 2nd floor, Kyiv 03150, Ukraine.
Belarus: 87A-18, Nezalezhnosti Ave. Minsk 220012, Belarus.
or - 2. Scan a copy of the completed form and send it by email to pb@bgcap.ge
