Galt & Taggart Securities (GTS) Ukraine announces the appointment of new team members Vladimir Nesterenko and Alexander Viktorov.

Vladimir Nesterenko was appointed Head of Research. Vladimir Nesterenko joined Galt & Taggart Securities after three years at Concorde Capital as a senior analyst covering a wide sector base, including the oil & gas, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, and later supervising analysts covering banking, retail and metals & mining.Earlier in his career, Vladimir workedin the banking sector, including Citibank's Ukrainian branch as a credit analyst, Nadra Bank and Bank Aval. He received his MA in Economics from the Economics Education and Research Consortium,currently the Kyiv School of Economics, and an MA in Finance from the Kyiv National Economics University.In 2008 Thomson Extel Surveys named Vladimir the best equity research analyst in Ukraine, and in 2007 he was ranked in the top-3.

Alexander Viktorov was appointed Senior Analyst. Alexander Viktorov joined Galt & Taggart Securities after four years as an equity analyst at Concorde Capital covering the financial services and retail sectors, as well as macroeconomics. Alexander interned at Citibank’s Ukrainian branch in the EM Local Financing Department. Mr. Viktorov received his MA in Banking from the Kyiv National Economics University, Ukrainian School of Finance and Banking. In 2008 Alexander was named top-2 financial services equity research analyst, according to Thomson Extel Surveys.
