Galt & Taggart Securities (GTS) is pleased to announce a new addition to our internationally-recognized research team, Alexander Paraschiy, who was appointed Senior Analyst. Alexander will cover a wide sector base with a focus on the machinery and utilities sectors.

Mr. Paraschiy joins Galt & Taggart Securities after more than four years at Concorde Capital as a Senior Analyst covering telecoms, utilities and the financial sector, and supervising machinery and utilities analysts. He received his BA in Economics from the Kyiv Mohyla Academy and completed his MA degree in Economic Theory/Strategy at the Kyiv School of Economics, EERC program. In 2007 Alexander was named the top pan-European Investment Analyst covering European Emerging Markets by Thomson Extel Surveys, beating out stiff competition from peers at ING, JPMorgan, UBS, Deutsche Bank, and others. In 2008 he was recognized Ukraine’s Best Utilities Analyst by Thomson Reuters Extel’s Focus CIS Survey.
