Irina Pavlovskaya was appointed CFO in August 2008. Earlier, Irina worked for
Nokia Siemens Network Telecommunications as Financial Manager of the MTC TK project,
tasked with budgeting, performance control, inventory control, SOX compliance and
reporting packs (IFRS). She received her Specialist degree in Accounting and Audit from
the Kharkiv State Economics University. In 2008 Ms. Pavlovskaya joined the Institute of
Management Accountants (USA) and is working towards her Certified Management Accountant
(CMA) certificate.
