BG Bank (formerly UBDP – Universal Bank for Development and Partnership) is a Ukrainian commercial bank with over UAH 1bn in assets. In 2007 a 98.5% stake in the bank was acquired by Bank of Georgia, and since that time BG Bank has brought in big four accounting firm Ernst & Young to audit its books under IFRS standards.
