Belarusky Narodny Bank was established in 1991 and acquired by Bank of Georgia for US$ 34.2mn in 2008. At the end of 2007 the Minsk-based BNB had total assets of nearly US$ 50mn and four branches. The bank is currently undergoing a rebranding process and is set to expand its branch network.
